No equipment and no technique. Set the bag in a cup, pour hot water, and our light roast specialty coffee is ready whenever you want it.

Inside is HITACHINO BLEND, our own blend, roasted under the supervision of Yasuo Ishii of LEAVES COFFEE (Kuramae, Tokyo). It is a light roast with the bright, fruit-like acidity and clean finish that we look for. At home, at the office, or away — a better cup than the everyday one.

How to brew

• Coffee: 12g (1 bag)
• Water: 180ml at 90°C
• 0:00 — pour 50ml and let it bloom for 30 seconds
• Pour the rest slowly in two or three additions (about 3 minutes in total)
