Shipping policy
Letterbox delivery (within Japan)
Shipping / ¥380 flat rate, anywhere in Japan (tax included)
- Available only for items marked [Letterbox delivery OK] on the product page.
- Parcels must be no more than 2 cm thick and no larger than A4 size.
- For coffee beans, up to 400 g can be sent this way.
- Orders totalling ¥4,000 (tax included) or more ship free by this method.
Please note: even with items marked [Letterbox delivery OK], ordering several at once can exceed the size or weight limit. In that case the shipping method changes to courier delivery and the courier rate applies. We will email you, and we will ship as soon as you confirm.

・The delivery date and time cannot be specified.
・Delivery normally takes 3-4 days from the shipping date at the earliest (some regions and remote islands excepted).
・Traffic conditions, bad weather and similar circumstances may add to this.
・Delivery is complete once the parcel is placed in your letterbox, so we are unable to offer compensation for any loss of value caused by theft, soiling, damage, loss, fire, water damage, bending or similar. Thank you for your understanding.
Courier delivery (within Japan)
Shipping / ¥900 (tax included)
Hokkaido and Okinawa / ¥1,300 (tax included)
- Orders totalling ¥6,000 (tax included) or more ship free.
Items marked [free shipping] on the product page, such as the coffee subscription, ship free regardless of the order total.
International shipping
Orders sent outside Japan are shipped by Japan Post EMS. The shipping charge varies with the destination country and the weight of the order. Where the destination country or region is served, customers in Japan can also send orders to recipients overseas.
