Our latte base is a coffee concentrate made generously with Ethiopian specialty coffee. It has the floral aroma and light fruit that only a light roast gives, so you get the complexity of the coffee itself rather than the flat sweetness of an ordinary latte base. With milk it drinks gently, with no need to add sugar.

Ways to drink it

• Iced latte — 1 part latte base to 4 parts milk (or oat milk) over ice
• Hot café au lait — with warmed milk, at whatever ratio you like
• Black, over ice — cut with water for a fruity iced coffee
• On desserts — poured over yoghurt or vanilla ice cream
