A subscription from HITACHINO COFFEE, a specialty coffee shop in Mito, Ibaraki: single origin beans we have chosen ourselves, sent to you every month. They are roasted light, under the supervision of Yasuo Ishii of LEAVES COFFEE in Kuramae, Tokyo, to bring out as much of the origin as the bean will give.

The origin, the variety and the process change with every delivery. The floral aroma of Ethiopia, the juicy fruit of Colombia, the soft sweetness of Rwanda — the range of what coffee can be, at home.

Three plans

• 150g a month (¥2,400) — for a slow cup at the weekend
• 300g a month (¥3,600) — for drinking coffee every day
• 600g a month (¥5,400) — for a household or an office
