Our own light roast drip bags in a compact set of five. No equipment: set the bag in a cup and pour hot water. Anyone can make specialty coffee this way.

HITACHINO BLEND is roasted under the supervision of Yasuo Ishii of LEAVES COFFEE (Kuramae, Tokyo) — a light roast with bright, fruit-like acidity and a clean finish. We made this set hoping the person who receives it thinks, so this is what coffee can taste like.

How to brew

• Coffee: 12g (1 bag) / Water: 180ml / Temperature: 90°C
• Pour 50ml and let it bloom for 30 seconds, then pour the rest in two or three additions (about 3 minutes)
