HITACHINO COFFEE will celebrate its first anniversary on October 1st next month. To kick off the event, we will be inviting guest barista Yasuo Ishii from LEAVES COFFEE to brew and serve our coffee roasted at HITACHINO COFFEE.
Mr. Ishii began by teaching us roasting and brewing before we opened, and has been supervising our coffee quality for the past year.
In addition to his coffee skills, his world-changing mindset and his huge, impressive back have had a tremendous impact on the courage and confidence to continue taking on challenges, and on the lives of each and every one of us who are involved with coffee.
This day can be considered the culmination of all of this.
I can't help but get excited when I imagine Mr. Ishii, standing at the front of HITACHINO COFFEE, handing out coffee to all the people who help us every day!
For those who have been interested but have never heard of the name before, we hope you will take this opportunity to experience our coffee and the city of Mito.
