Since our opening in October 2023, we have been roasting top specialty coffee under the guidance and supervision of Yasuo Ishii of "LEAVES COFFEE," which continues to deliver world-class quality coffee from Kuramae, Tokyo, from roasting to extraction.

We hope you will experience the "Hitachino taste" which richly expresses the flavor of the coffee beans themselves, and is full-bodied yet crystal clear.
