A prestigious group of producers from Colombia,
Cafe Granja La Espreranza has released a gorgeous Geisha variety.
This Geisha variety is refined using a method called hybrid wash, which uses very little water during the refining process.
This refining method is their original, and aims to achieve both the cleanliness of "washed" and the fruitiness of "natural".
This original processing method of coffee produces
Starting with mandarin orange, the taste is filled with a complex range of flavors including muscat, peach, strawberry jam, herbs, black tea, and flowers.
The flavor, which resembled Aohata's strawberry jam, was particularly memorable.
This is a coffee that you should enjoy aging slowly and savoring it.
