HITACHINO COFFEE's original dip-style drip bags. Light-roasted specialty coffee with bright, fruit-like acidity and a clean finish — roasted under the supervision of Yasuo Ishii of LEAVES COFFEE (Kuramae, Tokyo). No equipment or skills needed: just set the bag in your cup and pour hot water. 15 bags per set.

How to Brew / 美味しい淹れ方

• Coffee: 12g (1 bag) / Water: 180g at 90°C / Total time: 3 min
• 0:00 — Pour 50g and let it bloom（50g注いで蒸らす）
• 0:30 — Pour 130g, gently dip the bag up and down about 10 times（130g注いで10回ほど上下に揺らす）
• 3:00 — Slowly remove the bag（ゆっくりとバッグを取り出して完成）

※Place the drip bag in your mug first so the hot water hits the grounds directly.（予めマグカップにドリップバッグを入れて、粉にあたるようにお湯を注いでください）
