As the cup cools, lychee opens out, and a cacao-like finish draws everything quietly together.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003eKarmachi farm\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBench Maji, in south-western Ethiopia, is a district where rich natural forest remains. Karmachi sits between 1,800 and 1,980 metres and is the estate of Tracon Trading, a company that runs washing stations across Ethiopia and took this land because of the beauty of the environment here. Only fully ripe cherry is selected at harvest, and a second sort afterwards evens out the ripeness.
